Slowly noticing some fine lines around my eyes, around my mouth and forehead, so definitely I need to step up my anti-aging game.

Serums are a must over the age of 30, since the skin start loosing elasticity, get’s more dull and sun spots can appear.

The current serum I decided to keep using in my skincare routine and products that has it,is Hyaluronic Acid.

Hyaluronic Acid isn’t harsh or skin-stripping at all. In fact, it’s the exact opposite – a powerful moisturizer that keeps skin plump and hydrated and, yes, young-looking. Because it can keep the skin well hydrated for long period of times also healing, and is often used to heal scars. Is also very lightweight and it can fully penetrate the skin, and is boosting collagen production, and reducing fine lines.

Here are some foods high in hyaluronic acid that help increase hyaluronic-acid production, that you should be eating:

Bone Broth. Eating bone broth is your best bet when it comes to hyaluronic acid

Soy-Based Foods

Starchy Root Vegetables

Citrus Fruits

Leafy Greens

How are you incorporating Hyaluronic Acid in your beauty regime?
