Viviana Castrillón was born in Medellin, Colombia. Her modeling career began by accident or coincidence as she likes to say. Upon graduating from the University as an Advertiser she decided to travel to Bogota. There she accompanied a friend to an audition. The director asked her why she was not part of the group of models? She refused several times because at that time she wore braces which made her feel very uncomfortable. The casting director so strongly insisted that he ended up convincing her to give it a try. She was extremely surprised when the next day they called her to let her know that she was the model selected for the AD campaign out of the thousands of models that auditioned nationwide. This is how she began her career as a model. Only after a year of modeling Vivi was convened among many models to be part of a very well-known contest; Miss Playboy TV. Viviana was the winner of that competition out of hundreds of models from different agencies, giving her the opportunity to represent Colombia in Uruguay in the Miss Playboy TV Latin America pageant. Vivi was the runner up (2nd) in that contest but after a couple of days the winner, Miss Spain, was de-crowned and Vivi assumed the role. By winning Vivi signed a contract with Playboy TV for a year which spread to nearly 5 years where she did several programs for the channel and presented many others being the image of the channel. All programs were so successful that many of them are still on the air today. Vivi decided to start modeling again and activates her social media opening her first Instagram account. Leaving only Shakira and Sofia Vergara just above her. Vivi’s profile is so unique that Playboy TV approached her last year offering to make a fully customized program just for her. This program will be televised September, 2016 and air in more than 40 countries.
